Far superior to a $5,000 archtop I sold…

Lonnie Smith poses with his three Conti Archtop Jazz Guitars

October 2024 Update

“I have to say that over the last 3 years, I’ve had at least 10 guitars of varying styles. From archtop, to Les Paul, to Telecaster, and from various manufacturers. But the finest guitars I’ve ever owned are my Conti guitars. I’m partial to the aesthetics of my wine-colored Entrada (the pic doesn’t do it justice). The sound of my blond Heirloom is extraordinary. And the antique burst Entrada is a treat when I feel the need for a traditional looking archtop. But they all sound fantastic in their own right and are easily the most playable guitars I’ve owned. I’ve looked at other boutique archtops and inflation has taken its toll over the last few years; most seem to be trending $7K to $9K…that is just not competitive with a Conti archtop. The value of a Conti archtop cannot be beaten IMO.

So again a big thank you to Steve, Mike and Robert for their incredible customer service and attention to detail.”

May 2023 Comments:

Beauty, playability, consistency, quality and value all describe my two Conti Entradas perfectly, but not completely. The purchasing process was undoubtedly the most customer focused experience I’ve ever encountered (for any product purchase I’ve ever made). From working with Steve in finalizing the guitar options, Mike on the supply/shipping/delivery side, and finally Robert and his incredibly enjoyable and personal videos; just an outstanding effort by a highly professional team that places the customer first.

They are the finest guitars I’ve ever owned (far superior to a $5,000 archtop I recently sold). The craftsmanship and value of the Entrada make me question why anyone would purchase anything other than a Conti Guitar.

I’m also about a third through the Source Code family of videos and Robert’s instruction is concise, insightful and highly enjoyable; a tremendous teacher without peer.

My sincere thanks to the great Conti Team!

Carles Vidal of Barcelona, Spain with his new Black Conti Solid Body Prototype Guitar

Will become one of my favorite axes

The guitar arrived perfectly. In a first inspection there was a couple of notes that had a buzz in the fret, but it is already solved. My impressions: The design of the guitar is very nice. The combination of the black color with the gold pickups makes it look elegant and distinguished. It is comfortable to play and well balanced. The single cut shape makes all 24 frets accessible. The neck is excellent. As Robert Conti said in the video it is the same as that of Equity. It is one of the best necks I have ever played. Very

Everything you described it to be…

Robert, the Entrada is everything you described it to be in the personal video you sent — and more! It plays smoothly and the notes are clear and very sharp. My wife, Linda, likes the color of the guitar, and the look of the Gold Finger tailpiece. In your video you explained that the Gold Finger tailpiece contributes to the sound of this beautiful arch top as well as looking nice. I have enjoyed my equity model for 10 years, and now I can continue that enjoyment with a lighter guitar around my neck. I started my Conti journey with

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtlQRwpDaFs August 6, 2021 – Comments on Solid Body Prototype “This solid body guitar maintains the nuances of the archtop sound of the Heirloom and Entrada models. It sounds just as good or even better, I would say! Many other guitars with a similar output may cost a few thousand more dollars online or in guitar stores, but I can tell that this guitar is unique; it has been carefully crafted in both exterior design and pickup capabilities to  optimize playability and the bright bell sounds of jazz. The high end sounds fantastic! The exterior design is marvelous as well,
