What are the chances of another Robert Conti ordering a Conti Guitar! — The Entrada is excellent. I wanted to give it a fair bit of playing before responding in order to give my full thoughts. Right out of the box it’s marvelous to look at. I still sit and just stare at it from time to time simply to enjoy its beauty. It plays perfectly every time. No matter what style or manner in which I desire to play it, I can always customize the sound exactly to my liking. From the action to the resonance, every aspect of

Dealing directly with Mike and Robert has made the buying experience seamless. Despite this being an online purchase, I felt that I was in the store with them. The videos online accurately showcase the sound of this guitar. The value in this instrument is apparent in the finish, quality of the tuners, pickup, fingerboard and playability. It is light (5.7 pounds), and comfortable, being 15″ and thin like a 335. It has enough volume to practice unplugged, and has predictable humbucker sound when plugged in. To make this a truly honest review, I would add a nitpick for future production consideration: consider adding fingerboard side dots at frets 19, 21, 24. Don’t be afraid to buy this guitar. Think Japanese Ibanez GB 10 quality but a reasonable price.

As a teenager, my first “real” guitar was a used Gibson ES-295. I played it to death and then very proudly bought a new 1964 “Barney Kessel” model. I have since owned every archtop Guitar in the Gibson catalog. My favorite being the L-5 Wes Montgomery model which I still own . Since I consider you my mentor, I decided to try the guitar that has been designed and produced by you. You really nailed it Bob. The Conti Guitar has captured the essence of the Gibson L-5 while expanding its capabilities and designing in extra added attractions that only

I played the Conti Guitar for the first time on a live gig this past Saturday and the audience noticed a difference in my tone. One person told me all of the notes ring out like a church bell and yet the overall sound of the guitar is warm and jazzy. The lead singer in my band immediately noticed how even the response is from the lowest note to the highest; he said he liked how “well balanced” the sound was from the guitar. My weekly gig lasts for four hours and the guitar is very comfortable to play for
