By far the easiest and most enjoyable to play… (France)

Alex takes a moment to show his new Port Wine Conti Entrada archtop jazz guitar featuring the exquisite gold finger tailpiece.

Guitar delivered to Var, France, in just one week after ordering, without any damage or unpleasant surprises.

It only took a few days for me to get used to it. I adjusted it to my liking, removed the pickguard for aesthetic reasons since I play without a pick, and put on flat wound strings that I am accustomed to using.

I own several guitars, and this one is by far the easiest and most enjoyable to play, especially for jazz. Very low action, fast neck, surprising sustain, beautiful aesthetics, and lightweight – you can play it at home without an amplifier.

The exclusivity of the marketing made me apprehensive about buying a guitar online from the USA without trying it, but I am convinced that I made a good choice and hope to keep it for a long time.

The guitar was accompanied by a very informative video from Mr. Conti. If you want a beautiful guitar, don’t hesitate to do as I did (I want to emphasize that this comment is free from any commercial interest on my part.)

3 Week Update:

Very good and beautiful guitar, Ideal for jazz, you feel like you’ve known it forever, few adjustments to make, really easy to learn, low action, nice sustain, don’t hesitate to buy it.

Steve Negri with Ruby Red Heirloom Archtop

Steve Negri – Summerville, SC

This year I gave myself a truly fine gift for my birthday. Witness my Ruby Red Conti Heirloom Guitar. It is the finest instrument I have ever owned, including a Gibson Gold Top Les Paul, a Gibson ES355TD, a Martin Classic O model, and a Johnny Smith model Gibson to name a few. The action is unsurpassed and the tone is mellow and superb. Such a pleasure to play and hear. Thus have I satiated my guitar lust for years to come. If I live another seventy-three years I may become its equal.

In 2009 when Robert Conti came out with his Conti Archtop guitar, I purchased one identical to the one I am holding in the photo! It still looks and plays like a dream. The thinner body is extremely comfortable. The action is low and fast as well. The pick guard and tail piece are wood – just all an around great guitar with a lot of attention to detail. Mr. Conti, thank you for being an absolute gentleman and taking the time to speak with me at the NAMM show. You are an inspiration to me and countless other musicians.

Thank you for being you – I love the books , DVDs and the Conti Guitar is unbelievable. I would like to thank Mike for getting it in my hands around my busy travel schedule and the guitar tech who set it up. It’s true, I unpacked it and tuned it up and it played perfectly. You have no idea how long I have dreamed of being able to play chord melody but until I began your program I really didn’t make any real progress. Thank you!
