Wow! Where to start? First of all she is a sweet girl with a beautiful voice. From the start, customer service has been great. From my follow up from Steve to my internet inquiry, to Mike’s help in the purchase process, and to the follow up and the interactions with Robert, everything has been First Class. It took me an hour or so of fiddling with the guitar knobs and my amplifier, and suddenly she found her voice. Robert was so right about the pickup. “After few hours of settling down, my Entrada only required a little tuning and was ready to play… impressive. It is a superb instrument providing fantastic playability and offering excellent sound – I have the dual pickup model so I also tried the bridge pickup with some decent drive and man it is a great blues/rock guitar, hands down (btw the strings seem to be a perfect choice, too).  Visually it is a sheer beauty, and the craftsmanship is excellent, too. The gig bag is quite decent and very solid, much appreciated. There is, however, one issue after all –

Just received my new Robert Conti Entrada via FedEx, a day ahead of schedule, within four days from America; great service and beautifully packed, perfect condition – real credit to Robert and his boys.
