Even though I own a Conti Equity archtop, I couldn’t resist the temptation to buy a honey blond Heirloom. Recognising an anxious customer, Mike ‘held my hand’ through the purchase and import process and FedEx did an excellent delivery job. As for the guitar, what can I say that hasn’t already been said by other ecstatic customers? It is visually stunning, the build quality is impeccable, the playing ‘feel’ is excellent (size and balance of the guitar, neck dimensions, profile and fretboard radius – how did you guys get it so ‘right’?) the set-up is spot on, even after a journey of several thousand miles, and the sound is crystal clear everywhere on the fretboard. The name Heirloom is apt because that is what it will become. It is a truly lovely guitar and, at this price, even after paying to import it, it’s a bargain. My sincere thanks to everyone.
Looks and feels great
Yes, ‘Bob’ arrived Friday, nice! Loved the intro video, thank Robert for us. My wife Claire watched it with me, and was impressed with his passion for music, the instruments, and the people. Guitar looks and feels great. The nice grain on the top looks like a spruce cap, is that the case? Also, I have to report a dissatisfaction in playability. I don’t know if the guitar could be faulty? I find in life that effort is usually rewarded, however, when I play I don’t seem to be making any effort, but still the sound comes out, I don’t understand 😉 Will contact next week, with photo to follow.

WOW! This is an absolutely superb instrument!! I played on it for about an hour, and then took it on a quintet gig on Friday! It was extremely comfortable, like some favorite slippers. Then, I took it on a 2-hour solo jazz guitar gig on Saturday. It is like I have been playing this axe for years! Plays “like butta’”! There is not a weak point on the guitar. The highest quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, stunningly beautiful appointments, a “singing” sound to die for, light and well balanced in weight, a professional setup so well done that I could gig
Providing fantastic playability . . .
“After few hours of settling down, my Entrada only required a little tuning and was ready to play… impressive. It is a superb instrument providing fantastic playability and offering excellent sound – I have the dual pickup model so I also tried the bridge pickup with some decent drive and man it is a great blues/rock guitar, hands down (btw the strings seem to be a perfect choice, too). Visually it is a sheer beauty, and the craftsmanship is excellent, too. The gig bag is quite decent and very solid, much appreciated. There is, however, one issue after all –
