Robert, the Entrada is everything you described it to be in the personal video you sent — and more! It plays smoothly and the notes are clear and very sharp. My wife, Linda, likes the color of the guitar, and the look of the Gold Finger tailpiece. In your video you explained that the Gold Finger tailpiece contributes to the sound of this beautiful arch top as well as looking nice.
I have enjoyed my equity model for 10 years, and now I can continue that enjoyment with a lighter guitar around my neck.

Smooth neck and great action
I Love My New Entrada! The 24-fret neck and shallow cutaway allow easy access to the highest register of the guitar. At half the depth of my old archtop, it’s easy to wrap my elderly right shoulder around. The spot behind the bridge where my hand rests while playing is comfortable. Gives me a consistent pick stroke across all strings. Beautiful antique sunburst finish. Smooth neck and great action. Ebony pickguard is thick and secure. Happier with that than I had expected to be. (I took the pickguard off my big ol’ archtop.) Plays so much better than my full-bodied
Good resonance and sustain even unplugged
When my guitar arrived, it was extremely well-packed and arrived on time. The first thing I noticed when I opened the case—after the amazing color and finish top—was that the guitar was set up perfectly. The body vibrated and provided good resonance and sustain even unplugged. These are really great guitars, especially considering how affordable they are. When I played uninterrupted for an hour I didn’t experience any of the fret-hand fatigue I often encounter on a this kind of archtop.
