This “Heirloom” is quite simply one exquisite modern jazz guitar & I am absolutely delighted with it. Out of the box, having shipped several thousand miles, a slight tweak of the G string tuning was all that was needed as the set up by your guy is perfection. What was quite unexpected however, given the relatively thin body depth, was this instrument’s beautiful acoustic sound — it truly ” sings” with a perfect Jazz voicing. Harmonics ring clear at every harmonic fret & again surprise, given the 24 frets fingerboard, the 23rd & 24th frets rang clear & true across
Everything has been first class…
Wow! Where to start? First of all she is a sweet girl with a beautiful voice. From the start, customer service has been great. From my follow up from Steve to my internet inquiry, to Mike’s help in the purchase process, and to the follow up and the interactions with Robert, everything has been First Class.
It took me an hour or so of fiddling with the guitar knobs and my amplifier, and suddenly she found her voice. Robert was so right about the pickup. It does almost know where I’m going and it’s forcing me to be a little more correct in my technique. No more goofing around and sloppy chords.

Sounds as beautiful as it looks
I purchased an Entrada archtop jazz guitar from Robert Conti and it sounds as beautiful as it looks. I have been attempting to play jazz guitar for many years. I received my Conti Jazz Guitar yesterday and what an amazing guitar. The action is superb, the fast action of the neck, the lightness, the tone and the clear trebles and basses.
