My Entrada arrived in Alaska in perfect shape after only 4 days, and was packed perfectly. This guitar is a lush beauty; a pleasure to play, hold, or just look at. The action is fantastic and the neck plays fast and easy. I chose the double pickup model because the band I play in plays a wide variety of music from standards, to western swing, blues, country and rock. I think this instrument will work beautifully for any of it. You can practice unplugged if you want, but it really comes alive and sounds beautiful when plugged in. I only

Due to the tropical climate in the Philippines (humidity, temperature) I started looking for a good quality jazz guitar with laminated construction up to $ 2,000. I have been following the offers of the better Koreans, Chinese and Japanese on various sites for quite some time. Below 2k, however, the supply was limited. Moreover, the shipping costs often turned out to be high because of the remote location here on the Philippines.
After visiting several sites worldwide, my eye fell on Conti Guitars. I noticed them on Facebook groups such as Archtop Guitars and Jazz Guitar. So I sent a message via email inquiring about the Entrada model, pretty soon I got a reply from Steve (Conti Support). This was followed by an extremely constructive exchange of emails with Steve, who was responding well to my ultimate priorities regarding the guitar, what you call personal attention. Robert Conti, also thanks for the personal message in the introductory video of my instrument, nice detail! This in combination with the communication with Steve and Mike shows involvement and feels good! Meanwhile, the blonde Conti Entrada has arrived in good condition. The first meeting feels good. Excellently finished guitar, all details are correct. Fantastic playability, good sound acoustically and amplified (tone rolled back approx. 80%). We’re going to have a lot of fun with this!

Plays and sounds as good as it looks
Robert and crew, I received my Conti Entrada archtop jazz guitar yesterday. My father, who is retired, kindly stayed at my house to receive the guitar from FedEx while I was at work. Just as I was leaving the office I got a call from Mike to make sure I received the guitar okay. The customer service with this crew is outstanding. There is nothing I can say about the guitar that hasn’t been said already. It is absolutely gorgeous and it plays and sounds as good as it looks. I didn’t want to put it down last night but
Price is entry level – rest is pure professional
The guitar is great! I especially like the Ebony fingerboard and the 24 fret features. As we have discussed, I am impressed with all its features — they belie the title “entry level jazz guitar.” If anything, the price is entry level – the rest is pure professional. It came perfectly intonated. And its sound and playability rivals that of another guitar I own which cost $6,000! I have already put 4 videos of me with it on Youtube. I also appreciate the DVDs and strings you sent. Again, much thanks from me and I wish you all the best!
